Recipe: Avocado Egg Salad Cup

INGREDIENTS
1/2 small avocado
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt, divided
1 sprig dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

PREPARATION
In a small bowl, stir together half of the salt, dill, Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
Scoop half of the avocado into a bowl, toss with chopped egg and Greek yogurt mixture. Sprinkle remaining salt over the avocado half and fill with avocado-egg salad.
